RENSHAW TRAIL
We were notified today that BC Rec, Sites and Trails with assistance from MOF will be pulling the 2 km bridge on Monday December 9, 2024 . This is to prevent it from collapsing into the river. They were on site today posting signs and erecting more barricades.
If you haven’t fired off emails to those in the last post, now is the time!!!
Be aware: Starting Sunday morning, December 8, 2024, the company contracted to remove the bridge will begin moving equipment up the trail to the bridge. Work is expected to last the week. Don’t plan on sledding up the front trail after Saturday until the river freezes over.
